A practical guide to free browser games

Alaabak brings original free online games to your phone or computer. You can open a game in your browser without installing an app or creating an account. Choose something that fits your break: a quick arcade round, a thoughtful puzzle, or a two-player challenge on one device. Our game titles and artwork are original; these are not official editions of older commercial games.

Find a game that suits you

For action, try Starwing Patrol to aim and dodge enemies, or Prism Paddle to break bricks and control the ball’s bounce. In Lantern Labyrinth, plan your route before entering a narrow corridor and watch enemy movement. Puzzles such as Sudoku and 2048 give you more room to think. Start with a short round and read the game’s instructions rather than trying to learn every rule while playing.

Touch and keyboard controls

Open a game page and press Play. Controls appear before the round and beside the play area. On desktop, use the keys or mouse actions listed for that game; on mobile, use touch buttons or drag within the board when instructed. Keep your finger inside the play area to avoid tapping page links. Pause lets you take a break, while Restart begins a fresh round. Fullscreen availability varies by browser and device.

Build a better personal score

In arcade games, focus on survival before collecting points. Observe an enemy or obstacle’s movement before rushing forward. For puzzles, take time to review your options; a faster move is not always a better move. Your best scores, favorites and sound preferences are stored locally in this browser. They do not automatically transfer to another device and may disappear if you clear site data. Scores are personal records, not a global leaderboard or prize competition.

Playing on mobile or with a friend

Choose a screen orientation that gives you comfortable room and keeps controls visible. If a round feels slow on your device, close other tabs and try a current browser. Sound starts after interaction and can be muted from the toolbar. For a shared break, open two-player games such as Tic Tac Toe or Connect Four and take turns on the same device. You can also send a game link to a friend using Share without transferring your local score.
